The company is cognisant of its obligations and duty of care with regards to providing safe working environments for its employees, to guide them in safe working practices and comply with the Victorian Health, Safety and Environment Act and relevant Codes of Practice.
Further, the purpose of our manual is to serve as a basis for project and site maintenance Health, Safety and Environment Safety management systems and highlights the necessity of site-specific induction for new or unfamiliar sites, whether such inductions are provided by the customer or our own resources.
The Health, Safety and Environment Manual follows the guidelines set by the National Electrical Contractors Association (Victorian Chapter) and the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia, Victorian Divisional Branch of the Electrical Division. The objectives of the manual are to prevent workplace injuries and work related illness to its employees and persons affected by work done by the Company.

Total Electrical And Maintenance Solutions Pty Ltd examines each of the requirements of the HS&E guidelines and its consideration in relation to Client Company structure, processes and procedures. Therefore creating an HS&E system relevant the customer’s industrial sector.

Total Electrical And Maintenance Solutions Pty Ltd will work closely with the Client or Primary Contractor to ensure that all Total Electrical And Maintenance Solutions employees working on site have the appropriate level of:
Site inductions and site specific orientation
Trade and/or other qualifications
Site or task specific training
To safely and efficiently complete their assigned task or duties.

as well as all relevant Government Regulations
Personal Protective Equipment procedures including
